On Tuesday, 5 September 2006 morning, after having breakfast at the hotel, we checked out from the hotel and left Genting for the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), since Aki, Uncle Arief, Aunty Via, Alif and Kayla would be flying off directly from KL to Jakarta, while Ene will still follow us back to Singapore.
Since they were taking AirAsia flight, we went to the Budget/Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) instead of KLIA's main terminal. The LCCT is quite far, on the other side of the runway, near the Sepang F1 circuit.
We then continue our journey towards Singapore. After having a late lunch at the Restoran Jejantas Ayer Keroh rest area, Malacca, we went to our next destination, the Jusco Tebrau City shopping centre in Johor Bahru.
This is the newest shopping mall around Johor area, and it's located along Tebrau Highway, the main road leading to Kota Tinggi from Johor Bahru, just north of the junction with Pasir Gudang Highway.
The Jusco department store is the anchor tenant there, with quite a lot of restaurants and cafes, including Bread Talk, which is halal in Malaysia. There's also a food court and amusement centre for kids at the third floor.
Mama and Ene were, of course, shopping around, while I took Inka and Irza to the amusement centre. We also had our dinner at the food court, before going back to Singapore via the causeway, which is jammed at the Malaysia side, but smooth on Singapore side.
