Last Saturday, 27 January 2007, we went to Cashew Heights to attend a BBQ event cum birthday party of Ernie, Aunty Natalia and Uncle Eric's second son. This is Inka and Irza's second visit to Aunty Natalia's place in Cashew Heights after our previous visit there mid of last year.
We didn't know if it's actually Ernie's birthday party (Aunty Natalia only mentioned that they invited us to come to her BBQ party), so we didn't bring any gifts for Ernie. The event is conducted at the BBQ pit there, next to the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the weather was not really good at that time, it was raining. So, Inka and Irza had to miss a chance to swim at the swimming pool there.
Since the food served is not halal, Aunty Natalia specially ordered some food from KFC for us. Despite the rain, we went ahead with the birthday ceremony for Ernie to blow the candles and cut the cake. The birthday cake is very nice, everyone, including Inka and Irza, enjoyed it very much.
Since the rain didn't stop, we then proceeded to Aunty Natalia's place upstairs, and the kids continued to play there. Inka and Irza were happily playing with their friends there. Other than Nigel and Ernie (Aunty Natalia and Uncle Eric's two sons), there were also Naomi, Uncle Sebastian's daughter, and Aunty Angeline's son (which I couldn't remember the name, sorry), as well as two other girls, who are Nigel and Ernie's friends.
Indeed, Inka and Irza were really having a great time. :)
